(Mostly) Ethiopian Cooking

I'm on a mission to find a few not-too-terrifyingly-difficult Ethiopian recipes that everyone in the family will like. Whenever a new recipe is a hit, I'll post a link here.

Injera - the staple bread in Ethiopian cuisine. (All my kids are also pretty satisfied with fresh flour tortillas from our grocery store's bakery as a substitute for injera - so don't let fear, or lack of time, or lack of ingredients keep you from trying some Ethiopian stew recipes!)

Shiro - a yummy, spicy, meatless stew.

Doro Wot - a popular traditional, SPICY chicken dish.

Lentils - a quick and easy dish that can be mild or spicy, according to your tastes.
